Body Revitalization

Relieve Pain and Tension & Revitalize Your Body and Mind.

“To keep the body in good health is a duty:
otherwise the mind is not strong and clear.”
-Buddha

To revitalize something means to bring new life to it.  Body Revitalization is a 2-month program that will help you relieve pain, release tension, and de-stress your body and mind, so you can experience more peace and vitality.

Our revitalization process will promote a new depth of awareness and understanding of your body that will not only help you feel better right now, but will also reduce your risk of re-injury down the road.  You will decrease pain and tension, improve your posture, deepen your breathing, create more freedom in your movements and get your energy flowing.  We think you’ll be amazed at just how much more freedom you’ll feel in your body as your unwanted stress and tension disappears!

You’ll also learn fundamental tools and strategies that will help you pay attention to what’s happening within your body.  We call this “Somatic Awareness”.  This type of awareness will help you tune in to a wider range of your body’s physical feedback signals, which you can then use to release the tension that you previously couldn’t shake.

During the Body Revitalization program you will:

  • Decrease your pain levels

  • Relax and energize your body

  • Increase your spinal flexibility

  • Experience more physical ease and mental clarity

  • Learn how to release tension in your spine and body more easily on your own

  • Learn self-care techniques to decrease the effects of stress on your body, mind and spirit

How does the emancipated soul live in the world?  He lives in the world like a diver bird.  It dives into water, but the water does not wet its plumage; the few drops of water which may possibly stick to its body are easily jerked off it once it flaps its wings.”
                - Ramakrishna
